I have over 20 years experience of working with people to help them achieve their goals in life. I have had a career in nursing, working with people facing life threatening illnesses, then working as a Training and Development Officer within two national charities; Marie Curie Cancer Care, and London Lighthouse. Through this work I have considerable experience of reframing disempowering and negative issues into more positive and empowering situations.

I have trained in Performance Management Coaching, Clinical Supervisory Skills, Learning and Development, Life Coaching. I am a certified practioner in Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP), Myers Briggs Personality Type Indicator (MBTI). I have a Certificate in Training Practice (CIPD) and Certificate in Education. I love learning and I am very committed to my own professional development by regularly attending courses myself.

I enjoy consulting with clients, designing and delivering courses. I also have a number of clients who receive follow-up coaching dependent on their individual or corporate objectives.

One of the things I enjoy most about delivering training is seeing that ‘lightbulb moment’ when a course participant discovers a new way of doing something...

My courses have a very practical approach. The transfer of learning back into your work and life is an integral part of the learning experience that you gain from attending one of my courses. I make learning fun, motivational and inspiring!
